Who will invoice the customers, Supertel or Reseller?
Your customer stays yours. Supertel only invoice the Reseller (you) and Reseller manages the customers including invoicing, collecting payments etc. We never speak to your customer directly. In fact, in most cases we are happy to sign an NDA to ensure you of this.
What telecom provider Supertel uses for RCS messaging?
We have direct connectivity with Jio, Smartping, and Vodafone at the moment. If you are interested in any other provider for any specific use-case, we are happy to discuss more with you on integrating a provider of your choice.
Can a Reseller bring in his own RCS provider and use Supertel’s tech?
We have integrations readily available for Jio, Smartping and Vodafone. If you want to use these providers and do the billing/ invoicing directly with them - we allow resellers to use our tech and RCS reseller panel at a reasonable monthly cost. We can do the setup on our reseller panel for you using your own credentials from Jio, Smartping, or Vodafone.
Is customization possible in the Reseller panel and/or Customer panel?
Yes, absolutely. We own, manage, and develop all aspects of our tech inhouse. Depending on the use case, we are happy to discuss customizations for you.
What type of webhooks are supported?
Supertel supports configurable webhooks from the customer panel. You/ your customer can configure and enable webhooks for most common use cases. In case of RCS messaging, webhooks are available for Sent, Delivered, Failed, and user activities like clicks and replies.
